How is India growing its engineering talent pool?

India has a strong and growing reputation for producing astute engineers, in part due to the exciting prospects that attract professionals into the field.

There is a common misconception that engineering is a male-dominated industry, but in fact according to the World Bank, India has the largest percentage of female STEM graduates (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) in higher education.
